A Truly Nice Stay

Our family room was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I loved the cute attitude of the staff (they were so attentive!). It was only a twenty-minute walk to the main attractions, made exploring so easy.
I noticed some maintenance is needed in the children's park. I think some improvements there would greatly benefit families.

Fantastic Stay with Park Views!

I was thrilled with my room! I enjoyed a room with a balcony, which gave me a wonderful view of the park. The room was also very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were ready to assist with anything I needed.
I found the children's park adjacent to the hotel needs maintenance , so I hope they fix it soon.

I stayed in a quadruple room. It worked well for three adults. There was plenty of tea and coffee available in the room. Bathroom products were also available. The location was AMAZING!!!
The television unit has a moveable rack. The whole unit should be taken off and moved closer to the mirror.

The staff welcomed me so warmly upon arrival! My room was huge. It had loads of space and included a balcony! The hotel also had a car park, useful.
The pillows were badly stained under the pillow cover.

The hotel had a stylish pool room. It was well kept and seemed to offer a great way to unwind after a day, although I didn't use it personally.

I noticed that breakfast was served with disposable cutlery. Tables had paper tablecloths. The breakfast items looked to be from affordable brands. this did not detract from their taste, and the selection was adequate.
